Fantastic! I didn't know too many of LCD's songs but loved most of them. Great energy on stage, even when playing Tripod for the 3rd night in a row. The charismatic James Murphy was in good form and their music made the audience jump most of the night.

Despite playing the two nights previously, James Murphy and friends put on a grade one performance. It built up nicely to a massive cressendo with the crowd going absolutely bananas and after two encores we still wanted more.
It says a lot for an outfit that can leave out one of its best tracks (North American Scum) and still have the place rocking. Bravo!

I went with high expectations and they were exceeded, two hours which if I could replicate on a regular basis would make for a happy life.

From the moment it started with Dance Yourself Clean (with a bassline that could be felt in the next county!) to All My Friends at the end this was a celebration of music with a band who clearly have a deep affection for each other. There wasnt one lull in the whole set, brilliant.

A 5 star gig from a 5 star band. This will be talked about for times to come

I am admittedly a casual fan of James Murphy's venture and went to this gig knowing most of the songs but none particularly well. Let me make it clear now: this is an amazing live act whether your interest is hardcore or fleeting.

The two hour set list will have you bopping from the start from which it doesn't let up. Murphy himself is a charming and likeable stage personna and deserves high praise for the originality of the act.

This is the 8th act I've been to this year and easily the best. Cannot recommend it any more highly.

So glad to have been there for their last gig and they didn't disappoint!
The love eminating from the crowd was not lost on mr murphy and he gave it back in the form of banging tunes. Best gig I've been to since LCD in tripod back in 2007.
The tinge of sadness knowing they won't be back is outweighed by the memories of saturday night.

Mind-blowingly good.

Definitely one of the best gigs of the year for me. didn't think it would top seeing them at Electric Picnic but its a great spot and we were up in the balcony which was great too - could see everything - brilliant gig - love them :-)

after seeing them in 2007 at electric picnic I knew i was in for a treat. Booked them earlier in the year and when the "volcano" happened they wouldn't make it here I was devastated. When they announced dates in November I snapped them up. I have to say without any doubt what so ever that they played their hearts out and it was a special moment I will never forget. Best band of the last 20 years.
