This was recommended by so many of my friends I was afraid I would be dissapointed.
It was fantastic, the sets, costumes, but most of all the magnificent voices to the most brilliant sound track, no one will be dissapointed

This was the third time that I have seen the Lion King in the Lyceum Theatre in London, and this time I was going along with my friend who had never seen it before. Although there was one small technical hitch which involved a 10 minute wait- this did not take away from the Musical and almost seemed to just be a 'mini interval'. My friend was amazed and absolutely loved the musical- for me it was just as brilliant as the first time I'd seen it!

Absolutely, positively the most amazing musical!! From the very first note to the curtain closing, I was completely captivated. I got so emotional during the opening song. The talent of the actors and the beauty and craft work of the set puts this musical on a whole different level to others I've seen. I have often wondered how people would be able to play animals on stage. It was so well done that I found myself watching the animal faces most of the time. I cannot wait to go and see this again some day soon. The only downside to our evening had nothing to do with the performance. There was constant talking from the row behind ours. A little girl with her mother and grandmother was allowed ask questions and talk the whole time. The mother spoke for most of the show despite numerous people asking them to hush. I would recommend that if young children are brought to shows, parents must explain the rules and abide by them themselves!! Set examples. I was about to complain to the staff when the mother finally got the hint.

2nd time i`ve seen lion king and its just as good second time around.. best musical i`ve seen.. i loved singing along to all the songs.. we were sitting very high up .. but anywhere in the theatre is fine to sit.. no seat is restricted as far as i could see.. so i saw the show at the fraction of the price as people who paid for the seats wayy below me.. all the actors were brilliant..

This show is amazing!!! The set, the costumes, the performers... everything about the Lion King is first class. I brought my twelve-year-old daughter and she was mesmerized throughout. I would recommend this show to anyone over the age of six. It was a magical few hours and we absolutley loved it.

I will never forget this spectacular show. The costumes and characters were breath taking not to mention the singing. The dancing showed such energy and fun it was a pleasure to watch. We had the advantage of seats that were centre stalls in Row K so we saw everything.
