I have been to many a Snow Patrol concert, I've lost count at this stage. Seen them in the Waterfront a few years ago aswell and that concert gave me goosebumps, well those goosebumps where back! Gary's voice is great, once you think you've seen the best of him, you haven't. And its just like you are the only person in the room. They amaze me :D can't wait to see them again

Massive Snow Patrol fan but to see them in an intimate gig was fantastic. They played all their hits and great interaction with the audience.

The culmination of a years touring. Stripped back, no Bass, no Drums just one or two Guitars an electric keyboard and some raw talent. Understated, beautifully lit and perfect sound from the first note. If the singer forgot any of the words the audience helped him through. The fifth time I've seen Snow Patrol but probably the best gig I've ever attended.
Tim Wheeler also excellent, pity they did not bring Soak back for the encore of Teenage Kicks or maybe the connection was too obvious.

All in all the best start to Christmas ever.

After seeing Snow Patrol on 3 previous occasions and seeing them as a full band and full set, it was nice that a few days before christmas that the lads got together for a small homecoming party with an acoustic "christmas show". i had the pleasure of going to this and in fact got front row seats! the show was outstanding, a stripped back set and a chilled Gary Lightbody performed in a sell out yet intimate waterfront hall with a general laid back vibe/ Gary sometimes forgetting words or messing up chord patterns was able to laugh it off and start over again. it was a nice change to hear some of the bands numerous hits as acoustic versions. even though the band could have sold out a bigger venue it was nice to see them in such intmate surroundings and the acousics of the waterfront hall are incredible anyway. Gary also treated fans to a rendition of one of his if not his favourite northern irish song "teenage kicks" by the undertones. i recorded some videos from the set and they will be up on my youtube channel very soon. steviemcgrathvids incase you wanted a look thanks.

Thoroughly enjoyed the acoustic show in the waterfront hall on 23rd December :-) it was just Gary, Nathan and Johnny McD and the atmosphere was fantastic. The crowd were going crazy. Just brilliant and I will be first in line for tickets for their next show :-)

Snow patrol great as always. Have seen three times this year but this was by far the best. Venue much better than odessey arena and outdoors as far more intimate. Acoustics simply superior! Great night out!

an absolutely unbelieveable gig! well worth the money!
day was rainy but didnt really put a dampener on the atmosphere!

Temper trap were good however im the first to confess that the only song i knew (like most of the crowd) was sweet disposition.

Florence and the machine were unbelievable!

for me tho Snow Patrol stole the show! cannot be beaten live

As one of the lucky people to get a pit pass, I was in the pit from the Augustines onwards. Seeing Bressie was a pleasant surprise and Temper Trap were highly enjoyable. However when Florence came on, I was dead centre in the pit, in the 3rd row. This was my first concert, and she, as one of my favourite singers made it unforgetable. Snow Patrol to follow up made the whole experience unforgetable. I found the system of toilets helpful and finding food and the beer tents was easy/.

Was one of the 1st in the queue and got an armband for the pit straight away :)
There was loads of acts before. Flo was Fantastic, Magical & Unforgettable!!!

Only bad part was I had to leave early as Snow Patrol came on due to fights breaking out and my younger cousin being frightened by this! Security in the park needs to be improved big time!!

Brilliant day, we managed to get pit tickets as wer got there quite early. Was very unfortunate to hear about the previous days event when some poor souls were hurt by some crazy idiot!

Florence was brilliant and Snowpatrol their usual amazing selves! I have never seen Florence and the Machine before and I have always wanted to so made my year so far!

The day started wet and cool but as we stood at the gate it began to get better,Once we got inside the venue we noticed how muddy it was but thankfully once you got beyond the sound desk the ground was coverd.Wasant that impressed with the first act Here We Go Magic but we are augustines were amazing and even Bressie was good.I Thaught the temper trap were very good i ende up buying their new album the next day!!.Florence and the machine were brilliant i had scene them on three occasions before this one but this gig was by far my favorite one.Snow Patrol were as brilliant as ever great setlist,Great Production and a great show.Only complaint about the show was the lack of a bar or the fact that 50,000 people were forced thru one exit,Apart from that a great day all round.

A truely great performance by florence. Just hope her voice recovers soon! she's amazing! Cant wait for Snow Patrols return, unfortunetly I doubt it wil be in the Phoenix park... We may have been the last to party there...

I must say all the fuss on every media source about the concerts at the weekend is being blown out of proportion, I only attended the Sunday night gig and have to say it was excellent band were very good and no trouble was witnessed where we were. Hopefully these will be a regular thing as its 100% better than oxygen.

it just getting better and better! with each act bringing something new to the table! temper trap and florence were both incredible, but snow patrol just stole the show! there was a lot of mud too! and legs were tired after being on them for 7-8 hours!

I really enjoyed the concert. Temper Trap, Florence and Snow Patrol were all brilliant. The staff working on the that were working throughout the event on the gate and in the Heineken tent were all really friendly and helpful, which really does make the event more enjoyable

Florence was outstanding. She really interacted with the crowd, going out onto the wings and down off the stage. Her voice is unparalleled.

Snow Patrol once again proved why they are my favourite band. For a band are who are noted for having melancholic songs (which I love all of them), there set was riveting. The person with me was not a Snow Patrol fan and now she is. Gary is a spectacular frontman.

We are Augustine were fresh and fantastic.

Bressie as always didn't disappoint.

Phoenix Park was a great venue and very well run.
